We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who are in an industrial cleaning technology  for the below mentioned profiles.

• Location: Vasai,Mumbai

• Experience: 8 to 10 yrs

• Qualification:Masters / Bachelor Engineering in Chemical.

Job highlights

• 5+ years experience in Evaporator/Zero Liquid Discharge industry with Chemical Engineering degree, skilled in PV Elite, CREO, AutoCAD, Ansys, and knowledge of pumps, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers

• Prepare design and process engineering documents, review mass balance and thermal analysis, design evaporator, dryer & ZLD plants, conduct effluent testing, support system commissioning and troubleshooting

Role: Engineer - Process , Proposal & Commissioning

Location: Mumbai ‘Vasai’

BRIEF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of Design and Process Engineering Documents.

• Review of Mass Balance and Thermal Analysis;

• Review of Manufacturing drawings;

• Technical feasibility and concept build-up of Evaporator , Dryer & ZLD Plants;

• Effluent and feed testing; and identify TDS / TSS and accordingly design of Evaporator & Dryer;

• Proposal and concept preparation;

• System Commissioning and Troubleshooting Support;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Analytical skills to identify root cause of any design problem;

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• Familiar with Zero Liquid Discharge Plant Process and each equipment;

• Knowledge of Pump, Compressor, Blower and Heat Exchangers.

• Familiar with PV Elite, CREO, AutoCAD and Ansys Software; will be preferred;

• Proficient in MS Office;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years of Experience in Evaporator / Zero Liquid Discharge Industry.

• Familiar with technical / process requirements of Evaporator / Dryer / Zero Liquid Discharge Plants.

• Masters / Bachelor Engineering in Chemical.

PRE-REQUISTE SKILLS

• Good Communication Skills.

• Good Interpersonal Skills.

• Good Technical knowledge on Thermal and Membrane Technology for Zero Liquid Discharge Plant and Desalination.
