Working days - 6 Days(1st and 3rd sat off and 2nd and 4th Sat is working from Home 

Office Timing - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Qualification : BE/BTech (Electrical Engineer will be preferred)

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) - MS Office, ERP

Relevant Industry : Electrical Distribution, Substation, Transmission, or EPC projects

Job Description / Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC projects

•  Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services

•  Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships

•  Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and project requirements

•  Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

•  Analyze procurement data to optimize costs and improve performance

•  Stay updated on project timelines, milestones, and scope changes

• Knowledge of Logistics and corresponding documentation.

• Responsible for procurement of electrical materials like poles, Transformers, Switchgear, circuit Breaker, Panel, protection system, Conductors, Cables and related hardware etc.

• Procurement Planning, Vendor development, Purchase management, Vendor coordination.

• Ability to strategize and solve problems.

•  Strong leadership and organizational skills.

•  Excellent communication and people relations skills

•  Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

•  Strong understanding of electrical distribution and substation equipment.

•  Ability to read SLDs, technical specifications, and BOQs.

• Ability to work under project deadlines.
