Role Overview

The Director – PPC will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and ensuring seamless coordination between production, procurement, and supply chain functions to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead production planning & scheduling across multiple plants/units
✅ Align demand forecasting with manufacturing capacity planning
✅ Optimize inventory levels and reduce production bottlenecks
✅ Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
✅ Drive on-time delivery and production efficiency
✅ Implement ERP/MRP systems and process improvements
✅ Monitor KPIs related to production output, lead time & cost efficiency
✅ Lead and mentor PPC teams

Required Experience

✔ 15+ years in PPC / Production Planning within manufacturing industry
✔ Strong exposure to large-scale manufacturing operations
✔ Experience in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
✔ Expertise in supply chain coordination & demand planning
✔ Strong analytical and leadership skills

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial)
🎓 MBA – Operations / Supply Chain (Preferred)
