Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director – Estimation to lead the estimation and costing function for fire protection projects. The role involves handling techno-commercial estimations, tendering, and cost analysis for large-scale fire safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimation and costing for firefighting and fire protection system projects
• Review RFQs, tenders, and technical specifications
• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and sales teams for technical inputs
• Analyze drawings, layouts, and project requirements
• Manage tender submissions including technical and commercial proposals
• Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality
• Develop estimation standards, processes, and best practices
• Engage with clients for pre-bid discussions and clarifications

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Fire Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
• 12–18 years of experience in estimation within fire safety, MEP, or EPC industry
• Strong knowledge of firefighting systems, fire alarms, hydrant systems, sprinklers, etc.
• Experience in handling large-scale industrial/commercial projects
• Expertise in tendering, BOQ preparation, and costing
• Strong analytical, technical, and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, estimation tools, and MS Excel
• Leadership experience with team management capability

CTC:

₹40 LPA – ₹70 LPA (Depending on experience and project exposure)
