About the Role

We are looking for an experienced senior professional to lead business development and executive search mandates within the Industrials & Manufacturing sector.

The role involves working closely with CEOs, Managing Directors, Promoters and CHROs to develop new business, manage senior-level mandates and deliver high-impact leadership hiring assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with CEOs, MDs, Promoters and CHROs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Lead senior and leadership-level search mandates from requirement understanding through successful closure.
• Build strong candidate networks across relevant industries.
• Conduct market mapping and industry research.
• Present suitable senior candidates to clients and manage the process through closure.
• Develop additional business opportunities through successful client engagements.
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams across India and international markets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.

Relevant Industry Experience
