Hiring: COO / CEO / Operations Head – Mass Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic COO / CEO / Operations Head to lead manufacturing operations for a growing organization in the Fan / Home Appliances Manufacturing Industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, team leadership, cost optimization, quality management, and business growth.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Operations Management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably at GM / Business Head / Operations Head level, within a mass manufacturing environment.

Compensation

Up to ₹50 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality production, efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainable business growth.
• Manage and mentor senior management and large operational teams.
• Establish and monitor key operational and production performance indicators.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs and improve profitability.
• Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, capacity utilization, and overall plant efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with senior leadership to establish and achieve organizational goals.
• Develop strategies to improve production planning, process efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive innovation and process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure effective coordination between production, quality, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and other functions.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong experience in mass manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as COO, CEO, Operations Head, Plant Head, Business Head, or General Manager.
• Experience in the Fan / Home Appliances / Consumer Durables Manufacturing sector will be preferred.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in driving growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and quality management.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex operational challenges and deliver business results.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
