Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Head – Operations to oversee and manage multiple manufacturing units across Maharashtra. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and ensuring smooth plant operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing plants within the cluster
• Drive production efficiency, quality standards, and process optimization
• Implement lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost-control initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Monitor plant performance through KPIs and operational metrics
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Commercial teams
• Manage workforce planning, leadership development, and team performance
• Support capacity expansion and operational strategy execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 15–20 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing operations
• Proven experience managing multiple plants or regional operations
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and plant optimization
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
