Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing function for a Hong Kong–based textile organization. This is a remote role based in India, ideal for a senior marketing leader with strong domain expertise and proven experience in handling global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for textile products
• Drive market expansion, brand visibility, and revenue growth across domestic and international markets
• Lead B2B marketing initiatives, including buyer engagement, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the textile / apparel / fashion industry
• Proven leadership experience at Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / CMO level
• Strong exposure to international markets, exports, and global buyers
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote leadership role
• CTC up to ₹60 LPA, depending on experience and capability
