We are looking for an experienced Chief Operations & Supply Chain Officer (COSCO) to lead end-to-end operations and supply chain strategy at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and planning
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and productivity improvements
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee vendor management, sourcing, inventory control, and distribution
• Implement best practices in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor senior operations and supply chain leadership teams

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
• 18+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain leadership
• Proven track record of leading large, multi-location manufacturing operations
• Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, planning, and vendor management
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills
