We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of an infrastructure company. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in infrastructure projects, EPC, construction, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's long-term vision, business strategy, and growth plans.
• Lead infrastructure and EPC project operations, ensuring timely execution, quality, and profitability.
• Drive business development, strategic partnerships, and new project acquisition.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and overall business performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, clients, investors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
• Lead senior management teams and promote operational excellence across the organization.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
• Monitor project risks, commercial performance, and organizational objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering; MBA or a management qualification will be an advantage.
• 20+ years of experience, including significant leadership experience in the infrastructure, EPC, or construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of project execution, contracts, commercial management, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
