Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and drive overall business growth, sales strategy, and operational performance for a leading packaging organization in India. The role will focus on expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute overall business strategy and growth roadmap
• Drive revenue generation and profitability across regions
• Lead sales, business development, and key account management functions
• Identify new market opportunities and industry segments
• Build strong relationships with FMCG, Pharma, Retail, and Industrial clients
• Oversee operations coordination with production and supply chain teams
• Manage P&L responsibility and business performance metrics
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams

Required Experience & Skills

• 15–20 years of experience in packaging / printing / flexible packaging / corrugation industry
• Strong exposure to B2B sales and business leadership roles
• Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion
• Experience handling large enterprise or FMCG clients
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
• Strategic planning and decision-making capability

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Packaging Technology / Business
• MBA preferred
