This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness and proven experience in the interior design or fit-out industry. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify and generate qualified leads for luxury interior design and fit-out projects. 

• Research and approach property developers, villa owners, architects, consultants, hospitality groups and commercial clients. 

• Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and decision-makers.

•  Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone and other business development channels. 

• Arrange qualified meetings and project introductions for the Dubai-based management team.

•  Identify upcoming residential, hospitality and commercial projects. 

• Develop relationships with architects, real estate agencies, developers and project management consultants. 

• Follow up on potential opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline. 

• Prepare weekly reports covering leads, meetings, opportunities and conversion progress. 

• Coordinate with the design and management teams to support proposals and client acquisition. 

Candidate Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, luxury fit-out or related industries. 

• Previous experience targeting the UAE market is highly preferred.

•  Strong understanding of the luxury residential and hospitality sectors. 

• Proven ability to generate qualified project inquiries and develop new client relationships. 

• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 

• Strong LinkedIn prospecting, CRM and lead-generation capabilities. 

• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets. 

• Existing professional contacts within the UAE design and construction industry are an advantage
