We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients who is into manufacturing of Fire Fighting equipment in a Business Development position for New Delhi location.

• Designation:  Business Development Manager

• Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

• Experience: 5+ yrs

• Position: Permanent 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute business development strategies for government, PSU, and institutional clients across India

• Identify new project opportunities in Fire Fighting Systems, Equipment, and Turnkey Solutions

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in Central/State Government departments, PSUs, Railways, Airports, Defense, Smart City projects, and EPC consultants

• Achieve annual sales targets and revenue growth objectives

Government & Tender Management

• Track and analyze government tenders, GeM portal opportunities, and EPC project bids

• Coordinate preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders, RFQs, and bids

• Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and statutory tender requirements

• Liaise with internal teams for costing, technical specifications, and documentation

Channel & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and support channel partners, system integrators, and consultants

• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for smooth execution

• Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and government meetings

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews for management

• Provide strategic inputs for new product introductions and market expansion
