We are looking for BID Executive-Mumbai -Power & Energy / EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)

Qualification :B. Tech/B. E in Electrical Engg / MBA/ PGDM in Bid management

Location: Mumbai

Exp: 02-10yrs

Job description:

o Summarize tenders targeted/ intended for participation.
o Analyze tender documents and prepare a brief synopsis for management.
o Identify bidding risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
o Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for quotations and technical clarifications.
o Support Bid Managers in preparing technical documentation and compliance
statements.
o Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and other internal
teams for tender inputs.
o Float enquiries, follow up for responses, and clarify technical queries with
vendors.
o Assist in JV/Consortium documentation, scope matrix, and bid submission
requirements.
o Follow up bid security, statutory documents, and submission materials.
o Prepare technical/commercial comparative statements and assist in costing.

Candidate Preference:

o Good understanding of tendering and EPC techno-commercial requirements.
o Ability to interpret technical specifications and prepare documentation.
o Strong analytical and communication skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
o Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
