Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced media strategy professional to lead digital media planning and execution for SMB-focused marketing initiatives. The role will drive channel strategy, optimize media mix, and deliver measurable business outcomes across paid digital channels including SEM, paid social, programmatic display, and video.

The position requires strong expertise in data-driven media strategy, audience planning, and cross-channel orchestration to maximize customer engagement and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of integrated media and channel strategies for SMB and enterprise marketing campaigns.
  • Drive optimization of media mix across SEM, paid social, display, and video channels.
  • Leverage customer data, segmentation, and attribution insights to refine audience targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across paid media touchpoints to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations to enhance ROI.
  • Identify emerging media opportunities and build business cases for adoption of new platforms and formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and platform teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and partners, including negotiations and execution oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with tracking, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to improve media planning processes and team effectiveness.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or analytics roles.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full-funnel media planning, especially awareness and upper-funnel strategies.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience using customer data and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent tools.
  • Proven experience managing integrated paid media campaigns across SEM, paid social, and programmatic channels.
  • Experience working with financial services, retail, or healthcare sectors preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agency experience in media strategy, ideally supporting SMB or B2B clients.
  • Knowledge of tracking, tagging, and programmatic media buying technologies.
  • Strong analytical and performance measurement capabilities.
  • Experience linking media outcomes directly to business results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Timings:
Standard work hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, with flexibility based on business requirements.
Role requires overlap with US teams during designated collaboration windows, adjusted seasonally.
