Job Title: AGM – Cyber Security

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AGM – Cyber Security to lead and strengthen the organization’s information security framework. The role will be responsible for defining cyber security strategy, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and protecting enterprise IT infrastructure from evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise-wide cyber security strategy and roadmap
• Lead security operations, incident response, and threat management
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, and other regulatory standards
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing
• Oversee network, application, cloud, and data security
• Manage security audits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and mentor cyber security and SOC teams
• Work closely with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure secure operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in cyber security leadership roles
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Hands-on exposure to cloud security, network security, and governance
• Experience in managing audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
