Qualification:- BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech or equivalent degree

Selection process details – : Analytical tests followed by Technical, Managerial & HR Interviews

Working Days: 5 days

Job Requirement:
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting reporting and business intelligence solutions to meet the information needs of the organization. The Business Intelligence Developer supports one or more business units in preparing analysis and reporting to drive the business while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must demonstrate the eagerness and ability to learn and must work well in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy scalable & efficient BI solutions using various reporting tools.
• Translate business needs to technical specifications.
• Create tools and database structures to store data.
• Create ETL processes to load database structures.
• Collaborate with business/clients to understand operational processes and provide solutions for efficiency and/or automation, so good communication & analytical skills are required.
• Database Tuning & Optimization.

Competencies:
• Technical Capacity.
• Problem Solving/Analysis.
• Communication Proficiency.
• Time Management.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience with SSRS Report development related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with Integration Services (SSIS).
• 3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience with strong understanding of database structures
and practices.
• 1+ years’ experience Tableau Development experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of complex SQL, stored procedures, database functions and other
relevant database objects.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data management.
• Good written and oral communications.

Salary: Excellent as experience and capability.
