  1. Those with diplomatic or official passports.\"A<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. All employees of the government who are gazette.<\/li>\n
  3. Every income tax payer (this also all includes those who are paying income tax levied on agricultural products).<\/li>\n
  4. Every professional degree holders like a doctors with M.B.B.S degrees or degrees in Ayurved or homeopathy, accredited journalists, engineers, chartered accountants, lecturers, teachers, scientists, advocates etc.<\/li>\n
  5. Children and spouses of the category of persons listed from (2) to (4).<\/li>\n
  6. All those with educational qualification of matriculation and above.<\/li>\n
  7. People working in the sea with possession of CDC or Sea Cadets, desk cadets (i) those who have passed the three year B.Sc. course in nautical sciences at T.S. Chanakya, Mumbai; (ii) those who have partaken a three months pre-sea training in any of the government approved training institutes such as T.S. Chanakya, T.S. Rehman, T.S. Jawahar, MTI (SCI) and NIPM, Chennai after production of identity cards issued by the shipping master, Mumbai Calcutta\/ Chennai.<\/li>\n
  8. All those people holding permanent immigration visas like the visas of USA, UK, and Australia.<\/li>\n
  9. All those people in possession of two years\u2019 diploma from any educational institution that is recognized by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or the State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT).<\/li>\n
  10. All persons holding three years\u2019 diploma or equivalent degree from institutions such as polytechnics which are recognized by central\/state governments.<\/li>\n
  11. Nurses with qualifications that are recognized by the Indian nursing council act, 1947.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. All those people who are above the age 50 years.<\/li>\n
    2. Persons who have been staying overseas for over three years (this period of years could either be in one stretch or broken) plus their spouses.<\/li>\n
    3. All those children who are up to the age of 18 years. (Note: at the time of re-issue at the age of 18 years, ECR stamping will be done if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
