- All those people in possession of two years’ diploma from any educational institution that is recognized by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or the State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT).
- All persons holding three years’ diploma or equivalent degree from institutions such as polytechnics which are recognized by central/state governments.
